Tinker Juarez is easily one of the most experienced pros in mountain biking. Now in his early 50s, he’s been racing mountain bikes in the pro ranks since the late 1980s. Tinker was a pro BMX racer before that and was one of the first BMX pros to compete on 26-inch-wheel BMX bikes back in the early 1980s. When Tinker was a kid, he achieved fame for being one of the first BMXers to ride his bike in a skatepark and and ended up getting in magazines as a result. That was back almost 40 years ago.
