Activity trackers are the hot ticket these days for riders who are looking to expand their accessible data. We have been using this guy for a few weeks and have been surprised at just how inactive we are. The Mio Fuse is a strapless heart rate monitor and will keep track of your daily activities. It even has workout programs. At $150, it’s something you might find yourself not being able to live without.

The jury is still out about Lycra and mountain biking, but one thing is certain, the Eliel kits are crazy comfy. With these Italian-made bibs and jerseys, the fit is slick and almost feels painted on. Eliel offers a good range of clothing in tasteful color options. This California-based company makes custom kits as well. Check out www.elielcycling.com to see its full range of men’s and women’s gear.

Winter riding can be cold and wet, especially at night. The New Central 700 front light from Blackburn is 700 lumens and has a built-in battery pack. The mount is a thick rubber strap that will go on your bars or helmet. With a GoPro-style interface, riders will have a ton of flexibility in terms of using the mount for other purposes. The Central 700 retails for $100 and can be found at your local shop.

WOHO has plenty of accessories for cyclists, and the WOKit is another option for those looking for a lightweight tool that will simply attach to your belt loop. With 21 different fittings and a compact, built-in ratchet, the WOKit will fix almost any minor mechanical issue. For $89 you’ll have a tiny bike shop attached to your pants.
